USB Drivers for Windows Vista
Windows Vista 32-bit includes USB drivers for all ARRIS Touchstone Telephony Modems and Cable Modems. No download is necessary. However, Windows Vista 64-bit requires USB drivers. Please see below for details.

Currently the ARRIS USB 1.1 driver is not available on the CD-ROM supplied with the unit; however, it can be downloaded here. Please click the models listed below to download:
Windows® 7 32-bit and 64-bit includes USB drivers for all ARRIS Touchstone Telephony Modems and Cable Modems. No download is necessary for most Windows 7 installations. For PCs which were upgraded from previous Windows versions, please follow the installation and configuration information.

Only those products purchased directly from an authorized ARRIS consumer retail store are eligible for ARRIS Consumer Warranty support. The ARRIS Touchstone TM722 is currently available at selected Best Buy stores in the US.
If you did NOT purchase your ARRIS branded product from a retail store, please contact your Cable Operator directly for warranty support. Products purchased from non-authorized resellers (including websites) are not eligible for ARRIS warranty support.
